CHALLENGE
Younger individuals, specifically students, face increasing difficulties in securing part-time and/or full-time employment opportunities in today’s job market.

Both platforms are functional career tools that excel at connecting users to professional opportunities, but they both suffer from cluttered interfaces and restriction hurdles that can overwhelm user experience.
BENCHMARK ANALYSIS
SOLUTION
Much like a simple square of paper transforms into art through precise folds and guidance, Monori provides the digital platform and tools to shape student potential into professional success.
Like a single fold on a vibrant, sectioned square of paper, a student’s first step begins a total transformation, one where our brand evolves alongside them as they journey from hopeful cranes to adaptable boats.

TAKEAWAY
Through this project, I learned the power of intentional design in shaping a brand’s identity. Creating modular designs taught me how flexibility enhances consistency, while having scalability. Balancing creativity with functionality, I refined my ability to design for both impact and adaptability.
